Bel Air police are asking for the public’s help identifying a person shown in a photo tied to an active theft investigation.
What’s Happening: The Bel Air Police Department said the person was captured on surveillance video on March 14 outside the Tower Restaurant. Police said the person took possession of a purse that did not belong to her, concealed it, and left the area.
What’s Important: Police said anyone who recognizes the person or has information about the incident should call the Bel Air Police Department at 410-638-4500 or contact Ofc. Renteria #B140 at lrenteria@belairmd.org.
The Process: Police said tips can be provided anonymously. Police said to reference case number 2026-00057015.
