Polls closed at 8 p.m. Tuesday in Harford County, where the ballot runs from the governor’s race to the local offices that most directly touch daily life here. Gov. Wes Moore faces no serious Democratic opposition tonight, while Republicans Dan Cox and Ed Hale settle who gets the honor of facing him in the fall. Closer to home, Harford County voters decided contested races for county executive, county council districts, sheriff and circuit court.
