A run-down trailer at 1353 Old Post Road near Stansel Field is set to be torn down.

What changed: Havre de Grace Councilman David Glenn said Monday that a demolition permit has been issued. He did not say when the work will begin.

Where it is: The property sits in an area Glenn described as a gateway into Havre de Grace. He said removing the trailer will improve the area’s appearance.

Property details: The 0.84-acre property wast last sold Oct. 10, 1995, for $208,000.

What records show: Public-record databases list a 2025 assessment of $364,367.
