Harford Transit LINK will not charge fares on any of its fixed bus routes Thursday, June 18, in observance of National Dump the Pump Day.

What’s Happening: The free rides apply to fixed route service only and run all day. The system operates seven fixed routes across Harford County and into Cecil County.

What’s Important: Those routes connect Aberdeen, Abingdon, Bel Air, Edgewood, Havre de Grace, Joppatowne, Perryman, Riverside, and Perryville in Cecil County. Service runs Monday through Friday, generally from 5:07 a.m. to 8:37 p.m.

How This Affects Real People: Riders who normally pay fares on fixed routes will ride at no cost Thursday.

The Path Forward: Riders who complete a survey on Dump the Pump Day will be entered into a raffle. More information is available at HarfordTransitLINK.org or by calling (410) 612-1620.
